Commercial cleaning built around your workplace.

Seven services, one contract, one point of contact. Each can be delivered on its own or as part of a recurring cleaning programme scheduled around your operating hours.

Office cleaning

Regular cleaning of the spaces your people use every day. Delivered daily, several times a week or weekly depending on headcount and use, and timed so the office is ready when the first person arrives.

  • Desks, surfaces and touchpoints
  • Meeting rooms and boardrooms
  • Kitchens and tea points
  • Vacuuming and hard-floor cleaning
  • Bins and recycling
  • Reception and entrance areas

Workplace cleaning

For mixed-use premises where the office is only part of the building — reception, breakout and collaboration space, training rooms, welfare areas and back-of-house. One specification covers the whole site.

  • Open-plan and agile working floors
  • Breakout and collaboration areas
  • Training and event rooms
  • Welfare, locker and canteen areas
  • Back-of-house and storage
  • Periodic tasks scheduled in

Communal area cleaning

Shared space in multi-tenant buildings, business parks and managed property, where the landlord or managing agent is responsible for the standard and tenants notice when it slips.

  • Lobbies and reception areas
  • Lifts and stairwells
  • Corridors and landings
  • Shared washrooms
  • Bin stores and service areas
  • External entrances

Commercial deep cleaning

Periodic intensive cleaning, either scheduled into a contract (quarterly or annually) or as a one-off for pre-occupation, end-of-tenancy, post-refurbishment or a reset after a change of provider.

  • Carpet cleaning
  • Hard-floor scrubbing and sealing
  • High-level dusting and vents
  • Kitchen and appliance deep cleans
  • Washroom descaling
  • Pre- and post-occupation cleans

Washroom services

Washrooms are where standards are judged first. Scheduled cleaning with replenishment and hygiene checks written into the programme, so nothing runs out and nothing gets missed.

  • Scheduled cleaning and sanitising
  • Soap, paper and hand-dryer checks
  • Sanitary bin arrangements
  • Descaling and periodic deep cleans
  • Fault reporting (leaks, fixtures)
  • Consumable replenishment

Window cleaning

Internal and external window and glazing cleaning scheduled alongside the main contract, so it happens on a cycle rather than when someone remembers to book it.

  • External glazing
  • Internal glass partitions and doors
  • Reception and frontage glass
  • Monthly, quarterly or ad-hoc cycles
  • Scheduled with the cleaning programme
  • Access assessed at survey

Cleaning consumables

Hand soap, paper products, bin liners and hygiene products supplied and managed as part of the service — one invoice, stock checked on each visit, and nobody in your office responsible for ordering.

  • Hand soap and sanitiser
  • Toilet tissue and hand towels
  • Bin liners and refuse sacks
  • Air care and hygiene products
  • Stock checked on each visit
  • Included on the contract invoice

One programme, scheduled around your hours.

Most clients combine several of these under a single contract: a daily office clean, weekly washroom deep clean, quarterly windows and consumables on every visit. The specification sets it all out in one document with one price.

Every service is scheduled around your operating hours and access arrangements. The site survey confirms what’s practical for your building.

Not sure which services you need?

That’s what the site survey is for. We’ll look at the building and tell you what a sensible programme looks like.
